Re-install Cydia Without Restore [How To]

Here is a method to re-install Cydia if you have too many bugs, without any restore or re-jailbreak.
Requirements :

  • A jailbroken iPhone
  • Cydia.deb
  • Mobile terminal installed from Cydia
1) Connect to your iPhone with SSH and transfer Cydia.deb into root/User/

2) Start Mobile terminal.
 
3) Type « su » then your password (alpine by default).
And then type :

« dpkg -i /User/Cydia.deb  »

If you still have some issues, Restore + Jailbreak are the only way to solve them
