Earlier, redsnow 0.9.6 rc14 jailbreak tool was released for untethered jailbreak on the latest version of Apple’s iOS 4.3.2 firmware. Fix White Cydia Icon After redsnow Jailbreak [How To] :
1) Launch redsnow 0.9.6 rc14 > Browse > open the same firmware you used when jailbreaking.
3) Uncheck Install Cydia and select Just boot tethered right now and click Next.
4) Now, plug your iDevice into the computer and make sure its OFF then click Next and put your iDevice in DFU Mode as instructed by redsnow 0.9.6 rc14.
5) Once you click Next, your iDevice will go through the tethered boot process once. When you return to your home screen, Cydia should be back to normal.

This process is not 100% working. It's working for some users only. But you can try to rejailbreak with redsnow 0.9.6 rc14 using default settings. The dev team will be releasing the next RC of redsnow soon. So stay tuned.

I tried this method and it worked. unfortunately, when i rebooted, it would just hang at the apple logo. The only way for me to circumvent this is to open redsnow again and boot it tethered. apparently, my phone has become tethered even though this should not happen. any ideas? thanks.

These kinds of problems do hang around when jailbreaking, your iPhone has become tethered so you need to re-jailbreak to untether it again. Even if this creates some error or problem, feel free to ask here. Good Luck.
