If you have tried using snowbreeze to jailbreak the iOS 4.3.1 firmware untethered, but weren't able to jailbreak it. iH8Sn0w recently updated snowbreeze bringing it to version 2.5.1. This new update fixes a lot of bugs present in snowbreeze 2.5 and also adds the ability for iPhone 3GS users to flash the special iPad 06.15.00 baseband (allows unlocking on newer baseband versions not supported by ultrasn0w… at a cost). If you are on Mac, you can use redsnow 0.9.6rc9 or pwnage tool 4.3 to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1.
