Apple has just announced iOS 4.3 for iPad, iPad 2, iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, iPod Touch 3G and iPod Touch 4G at Apple’s iPad 2 Media Event. The public version of iOS 4.3 firmware will be available for download on March 11. You know, the main purpose of this media event was to unveil iPad 2 but Apple also disclosed the exact release date of iOS 4.3 version in the event. The good news for Verizon users is that you already have one of the big features being touted for iOS 4.3 — personal hotspot. The bad news is that you don’t get all of the other features.





iOS 4.3 Changelog :

* Option to use Side Swtich hardware button on iPad either as a mute button or as a rotation lock
* Personal hotspot on iPhone 4 GSM models
* Option to cancel the download of an app at any time
* Safari Improvements by introducing nitroJavaScript engine
* iTunes home sharing
* AirPlay improvement
* Support for FaceTime on iPad 2
* PhotoBooth for iPad 2
