iTunes 10.2 has been released alongside the announcement of the much anticipated Apple iPad 2 today. This new version of iTunes includes support for the iOS 4.3 firmware (to be released on March 11th) and also fixes some minor bugs towards home sharing. Now the question on a lot of people asking me right now is not what this new version of iTunes actually features, but if this new version of iTunes is jailbreak safe or not? Luckily, a tweet by @Musclenerd confirms that iTunes 10.2 is jailbreak safe. So, you can use it without hampering with your jailbreak. You can jailbreak your iOS 4.3 beta here with iTunes 10.2 (Jailbreak Safe).
iTunes 10.2 Changelog :

* Improved Home Sharing. It will let you browse and play from your iTunes libraries with Home Sharing on any iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 4.3…

Now that you know iTunes 10.2 is jailbreak safe, the Dev Team just need to develop a jailbreak for the iOS 4.3 firmware. Which will prove to be a challenge as Apple implemented a new ant-jailbreaking technique called ASLR. Regardless hopefully the Dev Team will develop an untethered iOS4.3 jailbreak faster than it took them to develop one for the iOS 4.2.1 firmware.
