Apple has released iOS 4.3 beta 3 (build 8F5166b) to developers. It’s available for iPhone, iPod Touch, iPad and Apple TV. Registered developers can head over to the Apple iPhone Dev Center to download. The only new feature accompanying iOS 4.3 Beta 3 release is the ability to cancel in-progress app downloads.
