For those of who want to jailbreak, redsnow 0.9.6 rc14 can jailbreak the iOS 4.3.3 firmware tethered since Apple didn't patch i0n1c's exploit. Generally whenever a new firmware update is released previous versions of redsnow and previous versions of the Pwnagetool will jailbreak a new firmware tethered.
