Mobile-Review Editor-in-Chief Eldar Murtazin posted on his Twitter handle that Apple will drop support for the iPhone 3GS in iOS 5.x due possibly due to hardware incompatibility. The source of Murtazin's statement is still unknown. However, iOS 5 is supposed to be a major update it makes sense for Apple to try and avoid the same problems it had with the iPhone 3G on iOS 4.x. It make it clear that iOS 5 would a launch alongside a new device since Apple would be left with only one device on its latest firmware release.

For all of you Android lovers out there a new tweak will be released in Cydia within the next 24 hours called AndroidLoader. Chronic Dev Team, the developer of the flagship greenpoison jailbreak tool, has posted an article on greenpoison official blog regarding iPad 2 jailbreak status and upgrading greenpoison to jailbreak untethered  iOS 4.3,4.3.1,4.3.2,4.3.3  for iPhone 4, 3GS, iPod touch 4G, 3G and iPad 1. Apple Store App 1.3 update is now live. Apple released version 1.3 of Apple Store for iPhone and iPod touch users. Apple Store app bring with two significant improvements as a part of its Apple Store 2.0 update. The update bring with new support for build-to-order Mac customizations. A moment ago we told you that i0n1c cnfirmed he doesn't have an iPad 2 jailbreak.Finally we have some more bad news from MuscleNerd for all those who’ve bought the iPad 2 but cannot enjoy Cydia and jailbroken apps. Musclenerd suggests that a public iPad 2 jailbreak could be months away. iOS hacker Stefan Esser a.k.a @i0n1c has just announced via his Twitter handle  that he has no iPad 2 jailbreak and reports on the internet claiming that he may be working on an iPad 2 jailbreak are not legit. It is still not clear from the tweet that Stefan Esser, the man whose untethered jailbreak exploit has not only helped to jailbreak iOS 4.3.1 untethered, but has also helped to jailbreak iOS 4.3.2 as well as jailbreak iOS 4.3.3 untethered, is not working on an iPad 2 jailbreak.

Earlier we said that no iPad 2 jailbreak has been released till date as all iOS hackers and Dev Teams are still working on it. There is some bad news for all jailbreak fanatics on iPad 2 jailbreak. i0n1c, the hacker behind iOS 4.3.3, 4.3.2, 4.3.1 untethered jailbreak exploits for all iDevices except iPad 2, is working now independently on iPad 2 jailbreak. i0n1c has mentioned via his Twitter handle that he will no longer give iPad 2 jailbreak exploit for free. So, even if he does not make it free, don't worry we will provide you with a full working iPad 2 jailbreak free as soon as possible.

A YouTube video surfaced today of a new tweak coming into Cydia. This tweak has been named RecognizeMe and brings biometric security or facial recognition feature to your iDevice for the first time ever. Meaning that instead of having to enter a passcode on the lockscreen you can use facial recognition technology to unlock your iPhone. By matching your face to a pre-defined database, RecognizeMe will unlock your iPhone and give you access to your device. In case you need a reason to jailbreak your iPhone, RecognizeMe is one of them.

Apple iPad 2's much awaited jailbreak is just around the corner now and we are yet to see who wins in the iPad 2 jailbreak quest- posixninja or Geohot? Joshua Hill aka posixninja  mentioned at MyGreatFest that a working iPad 2 jailbreak will be dropped as soon as the next couple of weeks. The iPad 2 jailbreak will make use of userland exploit. A quick heads-up : many users are reporting their iDevices getting bricked after updating to iOS 4.3.3 using iTunes. The issues lies within the iTunes activation servers, which brick the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad. The iOS 4.3.3 update will all go fine on iTunes but iTunes failing to activate the iDevice resulting in a bricked iDevice.
