How-To: Make iPhone Apps Run Fullscreen Without Double Pixel Mode
Monday, June 14, 2010 12:18 AM
iPhone apps already run full screen.
BUT they run in Double (the 2x button in the corner) pixel mode which looks pretty bad.
But, we can fix this for SOME apps.
We also get to use the big iPad keyboard instead of the tiny iPhone one. (Excellent for facebook chat).

How to install cracked apps via iTunes
Thursday, June 10, 2010 12:48 AM
THIS IS FOR EDUCATIONAL PURPOSE ONLY!!!!!
Disclaimer:
We do not intend to pirate or to actually teach you how to pirate an app just for the sake of it. I do it and want to teach people how to do it for the following reasons ONLY!:
1) Lots of App Store apps are not free and they don't have a trial version so, people who dont want to shell out extra bucks can follow the instructions given in this tutorial.
2) When some apps migrate from Cydia or Installer and you have bought them before they migrated, there is no way to get them without actually buying them again via iTunes AppStore.

Install Jaywalker's OpeniBoot On iPod Touch 2G [How To]
1:42 AM
OpeniBoot is an open source implementation of iBoot for Apple iPhone and iPod Touch devices. It allows booting of unsigned code such as linux kernels on the device. There is also and OpeniBoot console (oibc) which can be connected to from a libusb enabled computer. Jaywalker's OpeniBoot is critical for the booting and usage of linux on the iPhone as it sets up and initializes many devices ready for the linux kernel to take over. Many iBoot functions are replicated here, however when booting iOS iBoot is chainloaded from the NOR to guarantee iOS will boot without problems even with OpeniBoot installed.
Latest Version of OpeniBoot : 0.2
Below is a guide on how to install Jaywalker's OpeniBoot on iPod Touch 2G. This program is still in Alpha mode so don't expect too much. We highly recommend that you back up your iPod Touch before continuing with the process.

iPhodroid: Automated Installation Of Android OS On iPhone 2G and 3G [Mac]
8:25 PM
iPhodroid:
The advantage of this app is that it will automagically transfer all the files to your iDevice, and keeps the device on safe, because no installation is processed. But it is only available for Mac users. However, if you use iPhodroid, you will no longer need a Linux machine or a Linux virtual machine.
NOTE: You should disable the auto-lock on your iPhone. To do this, go to Settings>General>Auto-lock and set it to ‘Never’.
[How To] Hook SpringBoard
4:53 AM
Basic Concept
Ok, hooking into SpringBoard is actually very easy. What you do is have SpringBoard open a dynamic library that you create, which calls the initializing function within your dylib(specified when linking). From here you take whatever Class from SpringBoard you wish to override a method from that is in memory, and you "redirect" the method to another that you create.
YES, this is the EXACT SAME WAY that WinterBoard works, meaning you can do just about anything with and / or to SpringBoard, or any objective-c class in memory for that matter.
